Processing Times:

Order processing time is generally between 5-7 days (except for pre-order items where processing times will be mentioned on the item page).

Shipping Times:

All orders are shipped from the UK so delivery times will vary based on where you order from. Note that the timeframes below are based on time after the item has been shipped out

UK: 2-3 working days

Europe: 3-5 working days

International: 6-7 working days

Please note that once the item is in the hands of the courier I have no control over how quickly it gets to you. For international orders the delivery can take up to 30 days so please keep this in mind when buying.

Missing items:

While rare, unfortunately items do ocassionally get lost in the post. If you are ordering from the UK and have been waiting over 2 weeks or if you're international and have been waiting over a month please contact me and we will see what we can do. (Note that upgrading to tracked shipping will mean that the item is easier to track and can be sorted out easier if lost)
