My goal is for you to be satisfied with everything you get from me! If you have any issues with your order, feel free to contact me.
As I am a small business, I do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind after items have been shipped. However, if the items get to you damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I will sort out the issue!
If there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect items etc.) please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. In order to issue a refund or replacement in this case I need clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
Please note that colours of items may vary slightly from images due to differences in screen settings/calibration and these variations are not considered defects.
Once an order is delivered, I'm not responsible for package theft or loss of package, please ensure your shipping address is correct when checking out.
